A nice walk through the woods is followed by a decidedly-less-inspiring walk down Fenton St. You can actually follow my confusion as I approach a construction obstruction that is not well-signed. I wasn't sure what to do, so I did the safe thing and turned back. Most people either cross mid-block or skirt around by walking in the street. Hard to imagine how we're still hiring contractors who think so little of their obligation to operate a safe work site. Note that actions were taken to provide safety for motorists, but only a few cones for pedestrians...
It's a shame to Pop this on Montgomery College students who frequent these sidewalks at this time of day. Once again, we're training pedestrians to take risks in Downtown Silver Spring.
