I walked down Fenton this morning on my way to a haircut. Got held-up at Wayne, and couldn't find a way across. It was bedlam at the intersection, and no instructions about what to do. I finally turned and walked back to Bonifant, crossed, and went over to Georgia to get by. Frustrating... Dangerous. No Police to keep and eye on things. This is a County project. you think they would enlist the aid of the police to get through this project. Pedestrians are left to their own devices to get by.
