Yesterday was the first time I walked THROUGH the new library site, and I was truly disappointed to find the big transformer in the mddle of the sidewalk right in front of the intersection. What a horrible job of placemaking - planning. More proof that pedestrians are the "minor details" that everyone forgets about. Nice jog DGS...
