pull-outs on parade

A drizzly day, and the traffic is bad. Drivers show there frustrations by nudging-out into the road with no real place to go. Pedestrians pay for this behavior by having to walk around the offending vehicle - exposing themselves to the anxious drivers pulling-in to parking. Drivers who can see the pedestrian behind the big trucks blocking the view. People do the rudest things when they are in a hurry.
